Dr. Monica Chu is a dedicated optometrist providing full-scope eye care to patients of all ages. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and graduated on the Dean’s Honors List from the Illinois College of Optometry.

Dr. Chu has extensive training in ocular disease management, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal conditions. She has worked closely with ophthalmologists, co-managing and providing pre- and post-operative care for refractive surgeries, keratoconus, and cataract surgery.

Her clinical experience also includes pediatric eye care, contact lens fittings, and myopia control. She gained valuable training during her externships at the Illinois Eye Institute, Foresee Eyecare, Eagle Square VA Clinic, and East Valley Eye Center.

An active member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists and the Ontario Association of Optometrists, Dr. Chu is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive vision care to her community.
